Early identification and intervention is essential in a time-sensitive illness like a heart attack. LERN’s education efforts are focused on increase awareness about the identification of symptoms and the importance of early intervention.
Dr. Zee Ali, LERN’s STEMI Medical Director, has developed an educational video describing LERN’s STEMI System of Care, its various components, and the importance of early intervention and treatment.

AHA Now Accepting Applications for 2019 American Heart Association National Mission: Lifeline STEMI EMS Recognition

The American Heart Association’s Mission: Lifeline EMS recognition is a program designed to showcase Emergency Medical Service organizations across the nation for excellent STEMI care. The recognition application process is now open until April 2019 for January- December 2018 Data.
